Cajun Cop: The French Quarter Caper
Set in the city of New Orleans, Cajun Cop: The French Quarter Caper is a hidden object game where we join the famous inspector Jacques Lamont catch hold of a smart gang of jewel thieves who are on the run.
The game is like any other hidden object game in which you have to find a number of objects in a particular scene; in addition to that, you also in some cases have to move an object to get to the desired object. The hidden objects are sized properly and with the hint system it doesn’t take too much too solve a puzzle. Also, you have to click on an object in a particular way otherwise it doesn’t register which results in clicking the same item two or three times. The games have a number of mini games, especially spot the difference and the sheer number of them makes it feel like they have just been thrown in because the developer could think of nothing else to do.
The graphics in the game are remarkable and very well detailed. However, the most flawed feature of the game is the music, it is way off. It sometimes becomes so irritating that you feel like switching off the music altogether (there is an option to do that). All in all, you will not miss much if you decide not to play this game.
